Lenny is a Pittsfield native who began practicing law in 1962. He
has actively practiced in Berkshire County for over 45 years and
is regarded as one of the preeminent trial lawyers in the Commonwealth. Lenny
has also presented important cases to the Massachusetts Appeals
Court and the First Circuit Court of Appeals. As a result
of his accomplishments, Lenny was named one of the most
influential lawyers in Massachusetts by Massachusetts
Lawyers Weekly.
He has also been selected as one of The
Best Lawyers in America.
While he can be found in Berkshire Probate and Family Court and
trying civil cases in the Superior Court, his primary focus is on
criminal defense. Lenny also makes frequent appearances on
the tennis court.
