Tom is an associate in Litigation Department.  His practice encompasses a wide range of litigation matters, including contracts, construction, real property, banking and other business disputes.  He
is routinely involved in the preparation of litigation strategy for complex commercial matters.  Tom represents clients through all phases of litigation before federal and state courts, as well as before
administrative agencies.

Prior to joining Cohen Kinne, Tom participated in mediations, appeared for hearings and represented individuals in disputes with the Internal Revenue Service.

Tom is a Berkshire County native. He enjoys reading, traveling and cooking.
