Jack’s practice is focused on civil litigation, particularly commercial, antitrust, employment, and First Amendment actions.  His clients value his dedication to solving their problems, his ability to align litigation strategy with their needs, and his responsiveness.

Prior to joining Cohen Kinne, Jack was an Associate with Boies Schiller Flexner LLP, where his practice included pursuing antitrust claims on behalf of a variety of plaintiffs, successfully suing the State of New York on behalf of a business seeking to vindicate its First Amendment rights, and obtaining a multi-million dollar settlement for one of the nation’s largest construction companies.  Jack has also advised clients on antitrust compliance issues, represented defendants and plaintiffs in commercial contract disputes, and defended clients against civil fraud allegations.

Before going to law school, Jack was an award-winning reporter for newspapers in Massachusetts and Connecticut, including The Berkshire Eagle.  Raised in the Berkshires, Jack is a devoted fan of the region’s cultural and natural attractions and enjoys exploring all the Berkshires have to offer in his free time.
