Michael focuses his practice on civil litigation, including business disputes, real estate litigation and employment matters.
Prior to joining Cohen Kinne, Michael was an Associate in the Boston office of a national law firm where he handled complex litigation matters on behalf of Fortune 500 companies. He now utilizes his creativity and strong business judgment to provide effective legal solutions to a variety of clients in the Berkshires and regionally. Individuals and businesses turn to Michael for guidance because of his sharp strategic thinking and sound planning.
Michael is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, New York, Connecticut, and New Hampshire. He was formerly a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Arthur D. Spatt in the United States Federal District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Michael’s personal interests include sculpture, ice hockey and collecting vintage guitar amplifiers. He is also a member of Berkshire Young Professionals. Michael holds a U.S. Coast Guard 100 Ton Master Captain’s License.
