Prior to joining Cohen Kinne, David was an Associate in the Boston office of one of the world’s largest law firms, where his practice included negotiating venture capital and M&A transactions, providing general counsel services for start-up technology companies, and advising lenders on financing transactions. David also has experience in the technology development office of a major academic institution, focusing on commercial licenses and research collaborations. David’s clients ranged from closely held family companies to large international conglomerates across a variety of industries.
