Francesca (“Frankie”) is an experienced litigator who employs an approach to working with clients that is both professional and compassionate, applying her expertise and empathy to achieve positive results while supporting and empowering her clients.
Frankie skillfully advocates for her clients at all stages of litigation in state/federal court and at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, developing a strategic approach to each matter based on her significant courtroom experience. She is adept at negotiating favorable resolutions for clients at conciliation, mediation, and through direct negotiations.
Outside her litigation practice, Frankie advises employers regarding day-to-day employment issues to protect employees and minimize risk of liability. She also conducts independent investigations for public and private colleges, universities, and K-12 schools, including investigations of complaints under Title IX, Title VII, and complaints of civil rights violations.
