John A. Agostini joined Cohen Kinne Valicenti & Cook as Senior Counsel after serving as Associate Justice of the Massachusetts Superior Court for more than 20 years. He was appointed to the bench in 2002 by Governor Jane M. Swift. John is part of the firm’s Litigation, Investigations, and Education practice groups. He is a strong advocate and strategic advisor in civil and commercial litigation matters. He also conducts impartial investigations for educational institutions and employers.

John is a graduate of Williams College and Washington and Lee University School of Law, and resides in Williamstown with his family.
