We are pleased to announce that the Hon. John A. Agostini (Ret.) has joined Cohen Kinne Valicenti & Cook as a member of our Litigation,
Investigations and Education Practice Groups. John served our community with distinction from 2002–2025 as a Justice of the Massachusetts Superior Court. He is a strong advocate and strategic advisor in civil and commercial litigation matters. He also conducts impartial investigations for educational institutions and employers.
