Erin C. Weatherwax
Erin C. Weatherwax joined the firm as an Associate after more than a decade of working as an experienced litigation paralegal, with the majority of those years spent with Cohen Kinne Valicenti & Cook LLP. Erin’s experience spans a wide range of practice areas, from guardianships and conservatorships to complex business and commercial litigation matters. Erin has been involved from case inception through trial and arbitration hearings in numerous complex litigation cases. Erin is known for her strong analytical ability, making her an asset to the firm’s most complex litigation matters.
During law school, Erin worked as a student attorney for the Syracuse Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, representing clients in various stages of tax controversies with the I.R.S. and appeared before the Court of Federal Claims. Her law school honors include the Dean’s List, Dean’s Merit Scholarship, and Phi Alpha Delta and Phi Delta Phi Honor Societies.
Erin has a special interest in helping individuals and businesses protect their property and financial interests through various practice areas, including but not limited to business, probate, and land and real estate litigation.
Having an educational background in social work, Erin brings a unique approach to client advocacy, combining her analytical skills and practical understanding of the human issues that often underlie legal disputes. Erin is a thoughtful advocate highly dedicated to providing high-quality and holistic representation.
Erin resides in the Berkshires with her husband and two children.
